Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2026
Privacy Policy — Pulse Polymarket AI. This policy applies to everyone who uses Pulse. Sections 1–9 apply to all users. Region-specific sections then provide additional rights and disclosures for the EU/UK (GDPR) and the United States.
1. Who we are
Pulse ("Pulse," "we," "us") provides an AI analyst tool for prediction markets. The data controller (and, under US law, the "business") is Michael Lee, 412 Calle Mayor, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, USA. Michael Lee also serves as our Data Protection Officer and EU/UK Article 27 representative. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact g3@pulsepolymarket.com.
2. What data we collect
Account data you provide: username (shown across the app), email address, and a securely hashed password.
Usage and product data: your watchlist, the markets you search, the AI analyses you run, and your alert preferences. Some aggregated outputs may inform product features.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and log data, processed for security and reliable operation.
We do not intentionally collect special/sensitive categories of data, and we ask you not to submit them. The "Top traders" leaderboard displays public on-chain blockchain data (Polymarket wallet addresses and performance) from third parties — this is public information, not data we collect from you.
3. How and why we use your data
We use your data to operate your account and provide the service (authentication, watchlist, search, AI analyses), to send service and security communications, to send market-move alerts you enable, to keep the service secure and improve it, and to comply with law.
4. Third parties and processors
We use Google (Gemini) to generate AI analyses, the Polymarket Gamma API for market data, web search providers for grounding, Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, and authentication, and Zoho Mail for email delivery. These act as our processors/service providers under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside your home country, including outside the EEA/UK. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You can request details of these safeguards using the contact above.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within 72 hours after account deletion, except where law requires longer retention. Technical logs are retained for one year.
7. Security
We use measures including password hashing, encryption in transit, and access controls, and we will notify affected users and regulators of qualifying breaches as required by applicable law.
9. Children
Pulse is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. (US: we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 under COPPA, nor sell/share data of consumers under 16.)
10. EU / UK residents (GDPR)
Legal bases: contract performance (account and core features); legitimate interests (security, debugging, product improvement); consent (alerts and any non-essential cookies); and legal obligation.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to your local supervisory authority or the UK ICO. To exercise rights, contact g3@pulsepolymarket.com; we respond within one week.
11. United States residents
This section supplements the above and applies to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, to the extent they apply.
Categories of personal information we collect (using California/CCPA categories): identifiers (username, email, IP address); internet/network activity (usage and log data); and account credentials. We collect these from you directly and automatically as you use the service. We use them for the purposes in Sections 3–4.
Disclosures. In the past 12 months we have disclosed identifiers and usage data to service providers (e.g., our AI, hosting, and email providers) for the business purposes described above. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA). We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit.
Your US privacy rights. Subject to your state's law, you may have the right to know/access the personal information we hold; to delete it; to correct it; to data portability; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (not applicable, as we do none); to limit use of sensitive information; and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Where your state requires it, you may appeal a denied request by contacting us; if still unsatisfied you may contact your state attorney general.
How to exercise rights. Submit a request to g3@pulsepolymarket.com. We will verify your identity using your account information and respond within one week. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
California "Shine the Light": California residents may request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not make such disclosures.
12. Important note on the service
Pulse is in beta and provides analytical information only. It is not a trading venue, does not execute trades, and does not provide financial advice.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date, communicating material changes where required. To exercise any other right not covered above, contact us at g13@pulsepolymarket.com. We will respond within one week.
